THIS IS IT! This is In Carnations in Sundridge (“like” their Facebook Fan Page here). Our sweet little town is oh-so-lucky to have such a fantastic flower designer! It’s incredible really?! Robin Andersen and her girls are doing an amazing job…they’re already planning for a ton of North Bay and Muskoka weddings booked for the summer.
I’m so pleased to share this with you. Just around Mother’s Day we decided to shoot a little series focussing just on floral design. I thought it would be great to feature this portion of what they do, especially for those brides that follow the blog, getting married in North Bay/Muskoka. I followed Robin around that afternoon while she created this stunning masterpiece.

This was such a neat Engagement Session. Although these two are getting married in February in Toronto they wanted their Engagement Session shot up near North Bay. Paul’s family owns an old Hunting Lodge in Martin River. It’s such a cool place, so much history. After getting just a little bit lost I finally found them at the cabin. Paul’s dad chauffeured us all over the (what seemed to be a very private) lake, giving us lost of opportunity to take advantage of the dramatic weather. This Muskoka wedding was AMAZING! Jen and Paul came to me though a friend early last year, we met at the barn in South River, just North of Huntsville, Ontario. Construction, or should I say re-construction had just begun…we were chatting about wedding photography amoung hay bales and horses. After more than a year of hard work and hard planning these two and their families put on a great party. Jay and I loved every moment.
It’s been a true joy getting to Jen & Paul and Jen’s family, who live just “around the corner” from us, over the last couple of years.
I think this will have to be two partner…
