If you know Barrie at all, you know their trail system is phenomenal. You never have to go far to find expansive green space, tall trees and beaches. Whenever a client wants to join me there, I celebrate. Jen and Chris were more than happy to make the trek north to Barrie’s forests, to capture her beautiful new belly. I love the Sayers dearly and am always thrilled to photograph them at their cottage in Muskoka.
From a photographers perspective I’m lucky to know these wild folks pretty intimately. They are now parents…of two. Whoa. It’s a good ‘Guess what? It’s twins!!!’ story. Like with all my newborn sessions we just hung out. Fed babies. Changed diapers. Snuggled. So much love. 
Muskoka, Ontario has become quite a place for the local-destination-wedding. And Brooklands Farm, the place to celebrate! On this particular day the West descended on the East. From the lakeside cottage to small scale organic farm – I’m not sure this wedding could have been anymore ‘Ontario’.

Documenting new families is one of my favourite ways to work. In October I travelled to Calgary and spent 3 quiet days with this sweet family. They slept, ate, played, and rested. A perfect way to welcome Baby Audric home. I love and miss you three very, very much. xo
