One giant, beautiful, happy family day of love – celebrating a union. Their wedding day could not have been any better. I love them all dearly, as I’ve mentioned before (once or twice) and I feel so lucky to know each of them. These two have surrounded themselves with incredibly talented, musical, dedicated, loving, honest, cheerful, helpful friends and family. Happy wedding day, Julie and Paul. Here are just a few of your wedding pictures.
Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU to my dear friend Liz Lott who is always there where I need her. Who works so hard…even when I’m not. And who takes really awesome pictures. She’s the best!
I met Susan 10 years ago…the same summer I met my husband. Her and I lived at a Girls Camp in Sundridge. We enjoyed a couple of wild summers, swimming, teaching, playing, raising flags and singing together. Now we find ourselves living like grown-ups, getting married, and finishing law school (obviously her, not me). We’ve had this weekend planned since the spring. There was only one day during the entire summer that worked for all three of us. After a wedding near Collingwood, an impromptu family session in Midland and meeting with a sweet Penetanguishene couple everything fell neatly into place…except for the weather. It was a wet Sunday of wind, rain, dark skies, and little hope. Alas, as I said, it was the only day that would work…and so it did, it worked. We talked about their 2014 Toronto Wedding, thought about DJ’s and more photo plans. We reminisced about girls camp on Lake Bernard. All in all it was a perfect Sunday at their family ski cabin in near Collingwood.
