Jen & Adam//A Waterfront Wedding in Peterborough
This was a 7 day wedding extravaganza. I slept on a house boat, attended the parties, loved her family and ate for days. This Lakeside Wedding in the Kawartha’s was one to remember. I’m actually still here. I’m connected to my hotspot, huddled around my little mac, in the dark, on a boat, on Buckhorn Lake. This morning over breakfast I showed Jen, Adam and all of their family (from across the pond, as in England not Buckhorn Lake) my favourite 500 images in the form of slide show. It was awesome. At this point I think it’s safe to say we’re gently coming down from the high of wedding week excitement. I’ve seen it all. Eight bendy, naked, cold, swimming groomsmen, groomsmen-kissing groomsmen, brides-kissing groomsmen, grooms kissing groomsmen, grooms in the shower, bridesmaids in the shower, and more booby than a weekend of booked-solid boudoir marathonism. And to top it off – dinner and a dance party in a great big white tent at The Birches Resort. It’s been a wild few days hanging around Peterborough’s Cottage Country.
Thank you, thank you to Jen and Adam’s families for trusting us to be there every moment, in the shower or not. Thank you for making us feel like family….I guess at this point we kind of are. And to my right hand and second shooter – Myranda. Our success this weekend was made possible by you! xoxox
