This summer, like every summer my place shifts gears from a cozy, homey, work/life/live boudoir studio to a full on cottage. The doors will be closed for boudoir sessions but open to friends and family for beach parties, beer fridge dates, and waterski lessons!
If you’ve considered a session at home or at your cottage in Muskoka, this is the perfect time.
Bill is my brother. Chelsea is his gorgeous and brilliant partner. Photographing them is a really lovely thing I like to do whenever we can. They always say yes. They always do what I want – he’s such a good little brother.
Gorgeous Miss P. What a total bombshell! She couldn’t have played this any cooler…or hotter for that matter. Some boudoir sessions just work. Everything falls into place… This was that. So impressed with this woman!
Loved this session so much. As per usual Little Black Bow in Muskoka put together each look, our beautiful model, Ms. R did a fantastic job and my girl Heather Snowie who is on board as our hair and make-up artist at each Boudoir Marathon rocked it. I love this little team we’ve put together. Thanks to everyone. Ms. R, can you even believe it! You did it and you did it REALLY well.
Also huge THANK YOU (yes, I just yelled) to my sweet clients, who let me shoot all weekend in their gorgeous house while they enjoyed a little ‘stay-cation” in Toronto. The space, the light, the location (not to mention free street parking) were all perfect.

Yes, we are in Nassau, Bahamas. What a place this is! White coral beaches, every shade of blue ocean you can imagine, conch fritters and salad at every turn. Alas, this is not THAT kind of post. Not the kind of post where I share my fun and colourful vacation images. THIS post is another kind. The kind of where we celebrate bathing suits, lingering bodies in the tide, and a hot, hot Bahamian sun!
Although I’m on vacation with my family I couldn’t help but suggest to my sister (and favourite model) that we should shoot a Beach Boudoir Session. Yesterday was perfect, we shot mid day as the tide was coming in. The sun was hot, the shadows so deep, and my sweet sister more than willing to get a little wet after a long hard day drinking daiquiris, walking love beach, napping, and munching on conch fritters.
